All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload; we take no responsibility for typographical errors.
We will immediately correct and incorrect pricing once we received your notification of an error.
REFUND POLICY
MERCHANDISE
Please choose carefully as we cannot give refunds just because you changed your mind, or because you made a wrong decision. If merchandise, when you receive it, is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit. Please keep your receipt so you can prove that you received the item.
REFUNDS & WARRANTIES – OTHER PRODUCTS
From to time, The New Literacy Programme may offer products for sale from other publishers, manufacturers and distributors and may update this Terms & Conditions page accordingly.
FREIGHT COSTS & TIMES
All freight and delivery costs within Australia, including packaging and handling, are either included in the price of each item listed for sale in the The New Literacy Programme online store or are listed separately with each item. Goods will be delivered to the address nominated by the purchaser within the estimated timeframes as follows (all 'days' are working days):
- Australian Capital Territory – 3 to 5 days.
- Australian States & the Northern Territory – 3 to 10 days.
All goods will be sent via standard freight or postal services unless prior arrangements have been made with The New Literacy Programme and any additional costs for other delivery methods agreed.
All international freight and delivery costs, including packaging and handling, are either included in the price of each item listed for sale in The New Literacy Programme online store or are listed separately with each item. Goods will be delivered to the regions nominated by the purchaser within the estimated timeframes as follows (all 'days' are working days):
- Asia and New Zealand – 7 to 10 days.
- Rest of the World – 7 to 15 days.
PAYMENT METHODS
The New Literacy Programme online store currently accepts online real-time payment via PayPal. Unfortunately we cannot accept COD (cash on delivery). By prior arrangement we can accept money orders, cheques and/or direct deposits; please email: info@newliteracy.com.au. All prices listed in The New Literacy Programme online store are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST.

PRICING POLICY
All research, development, writing and illustration costs over the first 22 years of the life of this project have been financed from personal contributions or made possible by the labour of volunteer professionals. The New Literacy Programme was recently incorporated as a company. It is a not for profit organisation. Prices reflect our aim to reach as many people as possible, whilst also funding future publications.
